What can Kemp actually do that would be legal? I don’t think he really has a choice.
Kemp could have stepped in and demanded a full audit of every vote in Georgia.
He could have fired the Secretary of State if the POS refused to comply.
He could have created a special task force to monitor the vote in "hot spot" precincts.
Sure--the Democrats would have screamed and yelled, cried "racist" and filed suit.
Who gives a frack?
Brief speech:
Outsiders have tried to come in to Georgia and steal this election. I will not tolerate it. I will take every action I deem necessary to protect the equal rights of all Georgians. If there are political costs in doing so, I am prepared to bear them.....
When the stakes are this high, you act now and deal with the consequences later.
Unless you are a crook...or totally spineless.

He also could have called for a special session of GA legislature, people were calling for that for two weeks. So far only a handful of them have said anything.
I don’t think he could fire the SOS as he is elected, but he could call for a recall.
His silence makes me think he doesn’t want the truth coming out because his dirty dealings would come to light. Both he and the SOS are acting like people who have something to hide.
