I re-read it looking for exactly that answer, but I don’t see it. It’s such an obvious question. I’m always surprised when “professionals” don’t provide answers to obvious questions.

They report the prophylaxis effect in terms of overall reduction over a one month period. But there is a half-life in the body and effectiveness has to decline. Do you need to dose weekly? Bi-weekly? Monthly?

Okay....from the articles I can find, on this, it looks like this was only a one month study. It involved 300+ HCWs.

So, I guess this is a once a month, 2 dose (w/each dose being 72 hrs apart) regimen.

I thought this was interesting....
