What's really telling is that nobody cares. I've literally seen cowboys with red and blue bandanas on their faces like they're there to rob the place. Yes, it's secured above your nose and tied around the back of your head, the rest of it just hangs freely in front of your mouth. Nobody cares as long as something/anything is covering your piehole.
