Every law that expressly violates the limits put in place by the Constitution, whether some black robed judicial priest approves or not, is exactly that though... An arbitrary change to the Social Contract.

Ask a gun owner who has been tried and convicted of a "process crime"... Or Vicky and Sammy Weaver if you can find them...
