I wouldn’t be so sure about that. Are you an attorney? I’m not but I wouldn’t say there is zero chance of this because there are regulations pertaining to searches and seizures of property abroad. I’ve located two such documents while doing a casual search, one by the U.S. Army and another document pertaining to searching and seizing Computers and obtaining electronic evidence in criminal investigations by the Office of Legal Education for United States Attorneys. Both address foreign seizure actions which are dependent on the nature of the evidence sought and the type of agreement in place with foreign countries. So it appears that it was possible that such a raid could have occurred, although there doesn’t seem to be any evidence of that other than heresay at this time.

However I’m happy to accept your conclusion if you are knowledgeable in the legal aspects of such searches.

I am not a lawyer, nor do I work in the legal field.
I am a veteran if that means anything.

All of these stories are going nowhere.
You, of course, can believe whatever you want.

I like this site, and stories like this make it look foolish.
Just my two cents.
