Correct me if I’m wrong, but if he’s decrying the rise of populism isn’t he confirming that Trump indeed received the majority of popular votes?

The left likes to casually throw words around and only idiots refuse to challenge what they hear
Using the wrong word or using a word that doesn’t work as well as the correct word, is a trick that works with children, uneducated and uninformed people.
