I believe that "special rights" towards any group, denies the same "special rights" towards another, therefore, any rights not already defined in the U.S. Constitution, are just "favorable whims". The 1964 "Civil Rights" law threw out Equal Protection Under The Law.
We'll never get that back, because protected groups will never give up their protected status.
