A study done in Spain says just the opposite, that you are more likely to get the virus from delivered groceries than you are by going to the Supermarket. It also says you are more likely to catch it if you walk your dog than if you don't have pets.

I’m gonna guess that active people going to stores are in general going to be those with better immune systems. And, delivery people are obvious candidates as super spreaders.

As for the dogs, well, virions mostly end up on the floor, sidewalk, etc. Who sanitizes their dog’s feet effectively?
