“Some people wonder if their actual plan is to get GOP legislatures to act.”

It’s apparent to me their goal is enormous political pressure on states so that they’re frozen, unable to name/certify electors.

Thereby throwing the election to the House.

I haven’t seen anything resembling a winning court case yet. But I have seen a very, very effective influence operation in GA, PA, AZ and MI.

If they can paralyze those states, it denies Biden 270. And off to the House we go.

Personally, I think the entire election reached the farcical this time and it should be simply tossed aside. But we have no constitutional provision for that.

We had a gift wrapped voter fraud case BEFORE the election in Minneapolis. And what did we get from that? Nothing. The fix is. The DOJ is not going to support POTUS here. The thieving Democrats have the green light from the swamp to make a pinata out of POTUS.

Alas, it wouldn’t work that way. The requirement in the Twelfth Amendment is not that the winner have 270, i.e., a majority of the total number of electoral votes potentially available. The requirement is that the winner have a majority of the electors appointed.

If those four states don’t appoint electors (total of 57), then the familiar 538 total becomes 481. A majority is 241. Among the remaining electors (assuming Biden gets NV and WI), Biden wins, 249-232.

This is why people are talking instead about getting states to appoint Trump electors even if the official count shows a Biden win. That would be a much heavier lift. Also note that WI, MI, and PA have Democratic governors who could veto any bill to change the state’s law about appointment of electors. Hence the focus on the courts.

I think that is their strategy....to deny Biden the 270 he needs. As long as they keep him short of that magic number, Biden can't win.

Then hope and pray that the GOP legislatures in the House vote in favor of Trump, giving him the win.

With regards to Donald Trump:

Rule #2: Never violate Rule #1. Ever.

Rule #1: Never bet against Donald J. Trump. Ever.
