The long textbox with WHITE background color says:
“Different groups of precincts have the same number of Trump votes”
“and”
“the same number of total votes”
“all at 11-05 7:20pm”
But that is not true.
Groups 1 and 2 have the same number of Trump votes: 3
But, Groups 1 and 2 do NOT have the same number of total votes:
Group 1 total: 81
Group 2 total: 107
ON THE OTHER HAND, what is unusual, is that:
Different precincts within each of Groups 1, 2, 3, and 4 . . . have the same Trump votes and Total votes, as follows:
Group 1 Precincts 117 and 442 each have:
Trump votes: 3
Total votes: 81
Group 2 Precincts 113 and 438 each have:
Trump votes: 5
Total votes: 107
Group 3 Precincts 277 and 293 and 24 each have:
Trump votes: 5
Total votes: 108
Group 4 Precincts 13 and 13 each have:
Trump votes: 5
Total votes: 113
That is consistent with what was observed and identified in the Pennsylvania totals; the key is the ratio - that is what is used to make the distributions; the ratio is applied to a set of precincts, then they get another, etc., etc.. The first key is to see that the ratio is being applied and then even more inexplicable is the extent to which the totals then yielded end up being the same (they didn’t catch that & nobody has ever poured over this as much as here + now)
