Sidney has been saying that if Georgia took the certification approach then it would be time for class action suit(s) to commence - my guess is this is what’s transpired. These have to be separate causes of actions with different litigants involved. The POTUS case is very limited to Trump campaign (legal entity) and a citizen + voter in the state. The class action will become huge & Sidney had already begun soliciting because each state will have actions to reconcile.

Sidney is now going to take on the class actions against the states? I could see how that would need to be separate from campaign legal. And now that Georgia has taken the steps it has, it’s time to file the class action law suits so it’s now increasingly a multi-pronged legal front.
