It is a basic principle of our jurisprudence than fraud vitiates everything it touches. A new election, supervised by the military, is the only peaceful way out of this.

ThanQ. Your lips to God's ear. Who will have the guts to have that happen...?
I got my hat handed to me on these Qanon threads by saying no-one will make that call.
Judge in PA already used the "how can I disenfranchise x amount of million voters?
https://www.nydailynews.com/news/politics/us-elections-government/ny-pennsylvania-trump-giuliani-20201122-lcp3mzh7sbcjpdlu3juhpvzmpq-story.html Federal Judge Matthew
"“This Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations,” Brann wrote. “In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state.”" To be clear, the Judge was talking about the lawsuit arguments. So the converse has to be true whereby there could something that could justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, or all the voters of its sixth most populated state.
Time for Death Blossom...Let's finish this.

Love the idea; but, is it even conceivable or possible that SCOTUS could order this?
It seems to me that if the Dominion/Smartmatic fraud can be sufficiently proven, then the EVs of certain states could be decertified, either swinging the election back to Trump or moving it into the House.
I did notice Dersh seemed to change his tune today about whether 270 would still be required EVs in the event one or more state were decertified or rejected.
