That note from Twitter says there was a complaint, Twitter checked, and found no problem with the tweet, that it is not subject to removal.

That part is encouraging, but the German law is troubling; it says if there’s a complaint, Twitter has to notify the person that posted the tweet that was complained about.

I’ve gotten a couple of those German sourced Twitter complaints, also informing me I was OK and no action would be taken.

When Twitter HAS taken action to keep me thoroughly shadow banned for the last year or so, there were and have been zero notices or complaints, I did see their global notice about shadow banning 150K Anon accounts, but they already had me muzzled long before.
