Constitutional or Not?
There are other posted news threads where you could have asked this question.
Is it time to curb the avalanche of vanities since the election?
Looking at the Constitution, and its original intent to be simple to interpret - unconstitutional for national mandates definitely. States, a little bit more difficult to say.
Not
but not a lawyer, thank Christ
Silly. Mask mandates (not the buttgig kind) are right next to abortions and requiring a permit to CCW.
It doesn't really matter though because we know with certainty that the general public wearing the various masks don't work to stop the transmission of a virus.
To prove how ridiculous mask mandates are; the mask this person is wearing is a "legal" mask yet it does nothing at all. Masks that do prevent a virus from getting through are expensive, cost prohibitive, must be thrown out and replaced after a few hours, and is worthless for those with beards and those who touch their masks, eyes, and nose.
No one can dictate what I do to/with my body (please don't go into abortion because ... THAT is apples and oranges in THIS definition) .
Constitution of United States of America 1789 (rev. 1992)
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
But if we pay attention to the words they use, they never dictate what to do ... it's always "advisory", so .... TOTALY ignore 'em
Doesn’t matter...Der Bidenoberführer has spoken.
America is a free nation , in which individuals are responsible for their own well-being health safety and care
Nanny government ; And nanny medicine Western medicine
can do very little for you above and beyond what you can do for yourself
In terms of providing for your own health safety and well-being
Mandates are meaningless for the most part , and just piss people off
I think the concept of personal space is already very commonly understood by most mature people you don’t care then another person’s face
This is basically a bad flu virus 🦠 and like any other virus ( of which there’s dozens or hundreds ) especially in the winter you should take care to avoid catching it from other people
You can really only catch a disease a viral disease from another person viruses for the most part don’t just exist on their own house in the middle of nowhere
My point is I think we Americans can decide what we wanna do with our own health wear a mask or not stay away from people or not engage in risky activities or not
If you want to have a public scan ; the temperature scan is the only legitimate non-invasive procedure You cannot force people to have tests unless they are your employee and it’s part of their contract
it’s only fair for government or private sector entities to force you to do something if in order to attend a sporting event and or a office building or another private business
And I can’t I think the only legal mandate that can pass muster has a temperature scan why would you ever complain about that ?
if you have a fever you need to go home
Otherwise I’m not buying the asymptotic crap It’s gatbage 🗑
Either you’re feeling something and lying or you’ll have a fever if you’re spreading viruses around
Now my point with viruses and bacteria is to kill them all quickly never ever let them get the population in your body
for that are use the silver ion it’s very effective
It’s a punishment without charges, trial, or conviction.
Should be pretty easy to figure this one out.
Masks are nothing more than a feel good item! They do not stop covid any more than a pair of jeans stops a fart! If you smell cigarette smoke through your mask covid is sneaking through too since covid is smaller than cigarette smoke.

I doubt restricting breathing is Constitutional.
In reality, notwithstanding my cries of “unconstitutional” to Biden proposals, the Constitutional restrictions on government ceased to have effect sometime in March 2020.
Not. “Public health” is not a valid reason.

~Easy
Just like hundreds of state and federal laws enacted upon the American people, mandatory mask laws are unenforcable.
I just tell Karen to arrest me ... usually to applause
Thumbs UP
I agree 100% and love that picture
As far as I know, zero state legislatures have introduced and voted on mask mandate bills, thus, zero governors have signed such bills into law as required by what the Constitution refers to as a “republican form of government.” Ergo, mask mandates are unconstitutional
