He didn't, he wasn't even involved. It was the BATF that conducted the initial raid at the direction of Janet Reno and ultimately the FBI and their combat vehicles that lead the deadly assault.....

1. I was not inferring W Clark had anything to do with it. The response given was to another poster that said General Clark did by going around the Posse comitatus, when I knew he didn’t. Clark called the active unit participation off.
2. They absolutely were National Guard military vehicles that were supplied from Mates at North Ft Hood.
3. Never said the NG personnel were involved. The ones operating them were civilian. Prob BATF like you pointed out.
