but you legally have to fill out the forms when you first buy the weapon at the store. And dont put anything past these bandits to bully people. But the 1st hurtle would be the courts. I doubt that any of this would be remotely legal. And unless they repeal the 2nd then they will be just pissing in the wind.
All those who built their own have no paper trail.
Where I am, I only buy from private sellers. No forms, no tracking, no one else’s business.
If they change the law to track it, I won’t comply. Millions will not.
At some point, things fall apart; the center cannot hold.
