You do understand that nothing you write makes any sense, right?

1. All of the service branches come under civilian chain of command, already. If you had even taken a tour of the Pentagon, you'd already know that. Walk over the the E Ring and take a look.

2. Special Operations would do exactly what if martial law was declared?

"Mass has a quality of its own...and the masses are clearly irreconcialbe"

What in Heaven's name are you talking about? Mass rests with the United States Army, not a few special operators. As far as we civilians go, we have our individual weapons (of about 200 individual calibers, not counting wildcats), no organization, no leaders, no structure, and no chance whatsoever of putting all that together, since everything in the digital stream is watching each and every one of us, 24/7.

That's the Constitutional structure.

For the last four years that has not been the case.

The military has on multiple occasions directly disobeyed the President with zero consequences.

The fact that Lt. Col. "the President disobeyed my talking points" Vinman was not court-martialed is just one minor example of the agency-wide US military RESISTANCE.

And yet a bunch of goat humping savages in a 3rd world country managed to fight the United States Military to a draw.

If you dropped both the 82nd and 101st Airborne into western Kentucky with hostile intent they wouldn’t last a month.
