I’ve looked up, and posted, the actual Insurrection Act specs. I do think it’s very possible Trump may invoke it if the demsheviks get too out of hand up to and including using auntifaz, BurnLootMurder and others assorted thugs on a wide scale.
If it gets widespread across the country and is threatening our stability and national security, it would be the perfect definition of insurrection.
( I believe the communist activities across the board with fraud, threats, bribery, blackmail, suppression of free speech and attempted coup is already well past insurrection, but it still probably wouldn’t be invoked until it -the violence - gets much worse. And it may get much worse.)
