You know what they say about opinions, right?

No, I didn’t vote for Biden, even though I have a metric crap-ton of student loan debt. Politicians make promises they have absolutely no intention of keeping in order to get elected. Idiots vote for them hoping they’ll actually keep one or two of the promises the politicians made. President Trump is pretty exceptional in that he actually tried to keep at least some of his promises.
Biden, OTH, has a bunch of “constituents” that will be very upset if he really does anything about student loan debt, because most of it is owed to them!
Just FYI, the Athenian Greek voters complained about many of the same things.
If you’ve got a a few million dollars to throw away, go ahead and file a lawsuit and see what happens. Remember, though, that most politicians are also lawyers.
The Florida statute and the “Biden plan” commercials are not in themselves opinions, they are facts, easily evidenced.
