An interesting little thread that came up while doing some research on OpenSeneca
Scytl was Civiti which was OpenSeneca which IS Civiciti
This goes with post 83.

But lets digress back to SCYTL and take a look under the hood (as Ross Perot would say)
Here is where things are suspicious:
Acquisitions and cooperations
In 2012, Scytl acquired the American company SOE Software ("Supervisors of Elections",located in Tampa. SOE implemented Scytl technologies in the United States.]
In 2013 Scytl acquired the software division of Gov2U, a company partnered with the National Democratic Institute.
And their Chairman was -----> Madeleine Albright. <------ A familiar name to Freepers because she was Secretary of State under Clinton from 1997 to 2001.
So how do you wash the paths and history? Lets continue:
Scytl became a partner of Amazon Web Services by November 2018. They host their services on Amazon's cloud platform.
2020 bankruptcy and recovery
On 11 May 2020, facing debts of over 75 million euro, Scytl initiated bankruptcy proceedings with a view to sell its business to the U.S. investment fund Sandton Capital. On 2 June 2020, a Spanish court declared Scytl bankrupt and started the process of auctioning off its assets.
So there is the WASH.
So basically it pops up under a different names.
In late October, the Paragon Group subsidiary "Service Point Solutions" acquired Scytl including its U.S. subsidiary SOE.
"This acquisition unveils Paragon’s group strategy to position Service Point Solutions as a pan-european platform for high-growth digital business."
AS the reddit thread in my previous post says "Explain how they’re bankrupt but not really, how they’re not involved but ARE PARTNERED."

So in looking for the Civiti connection to Sctyl voting systems from my previous Voting systems post; I found that Civiti used to be OpenSeneca.
When looking for Civiti/OpenSeneca, I found a company called Civiciti which interestingly, is a company involved in voting systems technology AND PARTNERED with SCTYL 👀 here’s why that’s weird.
On June 2, 2020 a Spanish Court allowed Scytl’s bankruptcy and the selling of assets sooooo, HOW are they still an entity that is partnered with this Civiciti company?!!
Smoke and mirrors man, it’s all just paper pushing; shifting digits in unknown accounts; slight name changes, smoke and mirrors bullshit, amirite?
And all of it, is to make it more difficult to locate those Democratic National Institute; Microsoft and Amazon connections.
You know Amazon, owed by Bozos who is partnered with those alphabet agency/cigar selling dbags, yea, that guy.

The following services are offered from this new, Civiciti and listed on its website (link below) Again, this company is partnered with the BANKRUPT and liquidated Sctyl voting system company.
