If the Senate is unable to elect a Vice President by January 20, then the Speaker of the House serves as Acting President.
All the niceties of election stuff just won’t cut it beucase the election was stolen, and there will be no Representatives after Jan 3 as their seats are not honest or known either.
IMHO we are in uncharted waters and the historical and legal methods won’t work.
Plus how many of the R states have corrupt legislatures, PLUS the state votes are corrupt as well.
