I agree with you. This election cannot be certified...BY DESIGN.

Doesn’t that mean the House votes, making Pelosi the President? Someone please correct me if I’m wrong.

That too doesn’t work, since the fraud is coming from them, though they’ll claim PLAUSABLE DENIABILITY....

The Dems figured out the chess board in a way where they can’t lose, even if they cheat obviously?

What I’m certain of, is that Trump was smart enough and had enough assets to monitor Dominion and many other elements of the election to catch the fraud.

We keep seeing more rumor and confirmation about the German servers. I’m just waiting for Trump to post it before I crack open the Champagne.

If the votes for President cannot be certified, then all the down ticket positions are also not certified. Since the certification would not be becuase of any particular personal qualification (ie too young, not natural born citizen, etc, but because of election fraud), then obviously Reps and Senators would be SOOL too. So, Dems have have thought they were very clever, but “evil” does not guarantee “smart”.

I was wondering exactly when the House/Senate terms expire:

https://clerk.house.gov/help#LegislativeFAQs

A new Congress begins at noon January 3 of each odd-numbered year following a general election, unless it designates a different day by law. A Congress lasts for two years, with each year constituting a separate session.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So as of Jan 4 there will be no Representatives if the fraud has not been rectified. Now, concerning who would be President if the huge ball of crap isn’t fixed by Janurary 20 then the Congress decides .... but if the election isn’t fixed, then no Congress either. Seems that Congress can’t vote on President until the date the President’s term would be started, January 20.
Section 3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.
Yes, the House votes, but it would be very unlikely for Pelosi to become President, unless -- God forbid -- both the President and the Vice-President die.
The House votes, but in a very different way, as specified by the Twelfth Amendment. Each state delegation gets a single vote, so it's up to the House members from each state to agree on a single vote for President and similarly for Vice President. Whoever gets 26 states wins. Fortunately, there are more Republican-majority House delegations than Democrat.
If the House is unable to choose a President, then the Vice-President becomes the President. (I presume this is the newly elected VP, not the VP before the election.)
If no candidate for VP gets a majority of electors, then the Senate chooses the VP from the top two candidates.
Not so. First, the State Legislatures choose the electors. or choose the manner in which the electors are chosen.
A majority of the State Legislatures have Republican majorities.
If no person voted on by the electors has a majority of votes, then the House of Representatives gets to vote for presidential candidates.
Then, in the House, each state delegation gets one vote, 50 votes, simple majority wins. Republicans have more than the simple majority of state delegations to the House.
The only option left to the Democrats is to lie, cheat, steal, blast out the Great Lie with their media tools, and silence the truth.
The truth is already out. The whole world knows. The whole world is watching and waiting. Nothing Can Stop What Is Coming.
I should have read your entire reply to that. Excellent point — no Congress if the elections can’t be certified.
