Doesn’t that mean the House votes, making Pelosi the President?
If no one gets 270, the House selects the President, 1 vote/state. No Pelosi.
Ok, that is what I didn’t understand. So not the US House of Reps, it’s the State Houses themselves and they’d overwhelmingly vote for Trump, about 28/22 from what I read elsewhere.
The Dems have tried scorched earth now for 2 years, and they lose every which way. Impeachment, Covid, Civil Unrest....stolen election....
Scotus will make a simple ruling about all this, after we yammer away about it for weeks.
We’ll all agree to set aside politics for a week or two, start the cycle all over again and forget all this happened... Humans/Lemmings.
