Exactly, presidential terms are for 4 years; how can there be a split term, 2 years Trump, 2 years Biden?

I thought he meant that if Biden is sworn in next year he will have a House and Senate he cannot work with thwarting the progressive agenda (pinned down) and if Trump is inaugurated the derps and the chicoms will continue to fug wid us (turmoil). It's one or the other, not both.
