That guy didn’t look like he was really doing anything. Just trying to look busy (maybe until the ‘nosey journalist’ departed) so he could do something nefarious. JMHO
I think grey_whiskers wanted us to see the video with a box marked:
North Carolina Nov 3, 2020..it was all over that video and the guy didn’t even look at it and the reporter (near as I can tell) didn’t mention it.
