WI hearing: Commissioner (or whoever she is) objects to the idea that observers can’t be separated from the counters because of concern over COVID-19 ... she poses the question, what if an observer came over to a vote counting location and they weren’t wearing a mask? “that would be terrible!” she exclaimed.
