I’ll take a stab at fractional vote counting:

if the machine is programmed to trim a fraction of one vote off it won’t show up as that vote is count.

but shaving, only 3% of one vote off over 1,000,000 votes at the end of the night amounts to 30,000 votes when they’re all totaled up.

1 vote for trump will show up as .97/vote in the counting program.

.03 of that vote goes to quid pro joe

I’ve heard a similar skam has been used to hack banks interest paying accounts by putting the fractions of dollar skimmed off of every account into the fraudulent account.

$100.034 in interest is credited to the account holders account as $100.03 and the .004 is skimmed off.
