Doing more than Giuliani.
I have been waiting for the TRO tactic to be employed.
What is great about it is that if/when it is denied by a lower court it has priority during the appeal process since it is time sensitive.
If the Trump team can stop the count in Georgia that would be a _major_ victory that could start to turn the tide on this thing nationwide.
How was it amended? I read the original and I don t have the patience Togo through and pick out the changes.

I haven’t either but maybe amended with language about GA just “finding” all those ballots.

I asked on another thread if the consent decree that raffesnberger signed can be challenged, saying that since the issue was never brought to the voters, he didn’t have the authority to sign anything on behalf of the voters. I for damned sure wouldn’t give Stacy Abrams a wooden nickel.

The Pope is everybody’s Pope, whether you realize it or not. JPII and Benedict were blessings to the world, not just the professing RC’s. And sometimes we get a scourge. On the bright side, count your blessings—at least you aren’t Pope. It would be awful to be Francis (or Pharaoh or Julian the Apostate). Fortunately Christ died for all of us, and there is hope for all up to the hour of death. Grace can be powerful if people will only cooperate.
One could do worse for final lines than “Galilean, thou hast conquered.” I’d much rather that than “don’t worry, be happy.”
