The corruption and lawbreaking has been uncovered. The problem is that the Department of Justice is so politicized, and the FBI is so compromised, that they won’t lift a finger to help the president.
I can’t call a grand jury, charge Hillary Clinton with violating 18 US Code 793(f), and then prosecute her. The United States Attorneys have to do that. They won’t.
Go to this link https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/793 and look at section (f). It is black letter law. No intent required. I could get a conviction on that against Hillary Clinton with ease.
The problem we have is that the DOJ has a bunch of people believing in the 2 tier justice system.
There are many corrupt leaders and managers in the Department of Justice and FBI who need to be arrested and charged with a plethora of crimes and misdemeanors.
Visits with Mr. Waterboard will probably produce more names.
