You dig a hole, line it with plastic, fill with mojo&oj, throw in the pig, cover with a sheet of plywood, then soak over night. Next day, remove pig and wire him to some chain link gates. Build a china box, fill with charcoal and green oak wood. Start cooking pig over a low heat for about 18 to 24 hrs. Now it’s party time!!!
