We all know they cheated that isn’t really the point or the question. Will they get away with it?
Wood said no. Good enough for me until we see clear evidence of incompetence.
Exactly. 'Tabulation Fraud Evidence' could just mean circumstantial overwhelming statistical anomalies so many standard deviations out of whack that it would take 10000000 elections to have that happen merely by chance ... and will a court call that evidence? (Surely courts DO take probably as evidence -> DNA for example, and far less statistically significant deviations / matches)
But then maybe they really do have some direct evidence such as source code or Dominion developers.
What ever it is ... it breaks this week, less possibly the week after or probably never (at least not soon enough to give Trump his election.)
And a more specific question is, despite massive evidence, how do you prove it in such a way that either a) courts intervene to take Demented Perv Biteme votes off the board, or b) so that state legislators are convinced enough of fraud that they refused to validate a popular election (a very, very tough climb).
We all KNOW they cheated. But our system is not at all built to contest fraudulent results of elections, especially a presidential election. The Constitutional timetable works against it, plus the notion that judges almost never actually take votes off the board once they are up.
They may well get away with it, but they should not.
I am hearing lots of folks on the right making a fatal flaw by saying it is unlikely that we will be able to throw out enough votes to make a difference.
I disagree vehemently. Take Wayne County for example. The math does not work there. The affidavits that we know of so far (not even the software scam) clearly state that they brought in a huge mass of Biden only ballots. NOBODY for the GOP was allowed to view those.
This is fraud. If you can verify fraud (law enforcement should be interviewing the poll workers - we are beyond probable cause to open a criminal investigation) you must throw all of the ballots out. The idea that it is up to the GOP to prove that there were x number of fraudulent ballots in order to overcome the fraudulent ballots is completely absurd.
The burden should be on those who did the count to prove there was not fraud - not on the President. If they cannot prove it the vote for that county should be declared corrupted and thrown out or not accepted by the legislature.
We have witnessed a crime. We now witness another crime that violates the principles of law by putting the burden on the victim without even having access to the evidence!
