There are no signatures to check since the envelopes have been separated from the ballots. All they have is naked ballots with no ID info. Just votes.

Most likely there never were envelopes and that’s why they did not want GOP observers.

This was regarding when the ballots first are received and counted, not the recount.

You check the signature against the name. If there are enough mismatches, duplicates, etc., you prove fraud and it doesn’t matter who they voted for.

don’t think so. My understanding is that Ga law requires the envelopes to be stored for 2 years(presidential). Yes ballots are separated since we have secret balloting.The best that could be done reverifying is determine % legit. That’s not what they are doing unfortunately.
