Your priority should be with your daughter, not her troubled husband.

You call it meddling. I call it being a mother and continuing to guide her when she needs it. If she confides in me, I give her my opinion. She may not like it because usually it’s something she hasn’t considered and doesn’t wanna hear. But in the end I support her decisions and she knows that.
