Looks like “Black Triangle” underneath “Q Anon”.

Black Triangle got my attention.

Used in Nazi camps to identify antisocials like addicts, homeless, nomads and gypsies.

Also used in EU countries to identify medicines under additional monitoring like new medicines or vaccines.

I recall this one very well.
Black Triangle is a very local JAPANESE BAND (guitar sort of Goth)
They were in Barcelona and tagged the place in the Park seen here.
BTW… we pretty much decided that the Q tagging was likely SHOPPED onto the photo.
The Jupiter symbol is something the Japanese local band does.
