I have a friend I've known since kindergarten who I could not bring around to supporting Trump. Interestingly, he had arrived at nearly all the "red pill" information I was sharing on his own so my job was merely to corroborate it and buck him up.
It was to no avail. After all our discussions he would say "I don't like Trump." How can you reason a person out of a position they did not arrive at using reason?
