Certainly is. Our mental health system is extremely weak here too. Not much help and the Np can and do prescribe medications that often make matters worse rather than better.

I am getting calls for jobs with only 20% - 30% of my last salary, Even when I agreed, the starting date is in Feb. Even for work from home. It’s depressing and now everyone is out to exploit you.
My plan is to take 2-3 jobs at one time.
