like so many others I don’t FEEL old but my body continually reminds me... get real kid.
As you have to phase out of certain things for physical reasons it is nice to phase into other things of interest to occupy your time/life
My summers and good weather activities were back to back rugged hiking, kayaking, long distance cycling, wind surfing.. winter would be the hikes and cross country skiing. Now.. none of those but the days get filled with good things, one just has to be open to other possibilities.
I am really excited. Going to the movies tomorrow (date? yup) to see the new Godfather. Our Cinemark is just reopening. As much as hollywierd frustrates me I do love the big screen.
Glad you are getting out. Our county is a red zone and we are in lock down.
A former student just died with the virus. Her husband who I taught with is in critical condition. Good Christian people. Did many missionary trips. Real asset to their community. Hitting harder this time than in the spring.
