It’s easy to prove when ballots are printed off pre-filled.
Just use a Microspectrophotometer. It can differentiate between over 15,000 different links.
I count about 50 boxes there in dispute. How many ballots per box?!
They’re trying to match those ballots w/ the machine tabulation. You throw out Trump ballots- replace w/ those. This is literally an like an election In Venezuela- using the same equipment.
To me this looks like Giuliani trying to get a narrow ruling in PA on the question of whether the ballots counted without meaningful oversight should be thrown out.

I think they're gunning for the SCOTUS on this and will argue along the lines of equal protection
All of these ballots had the same two characteristics: they were all for Biden and had the same perfect black bubble.
