Now another question I'm confused about...Did he give the Governors the rights to govern their own state..... knowing as they approach the election...he knew the democrats would illegally change their states laws. Opening the door to when his lawyers would go before the Supreme Court. Then the argument would be these Governor's not only broke the s state law but denied their people Rights in the constitution.............
