I think it is time to end the national state of emergency which is what gives the governors the power to act like dictators. This virus has a survival rate of over 99% unless you are very old with comorbidities. It is highly contagious but not very lethal, especially when compared to many other diseases. People will make their own decisions about their level of risk without being ordered to wear a mask every time they go outside or not to gather with their families for Thanksgiving.

I was under the impression that our President was trying to NOT to over step the 10th Amendment when he gave the Governor's the rights to govern by their state's laws.
The Tenth Amendment’s simple language—“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people”—emphasizes that the inclusion of a bill of rights does not change the fundamental character of the national government. It remains a government of limited and enumerated powers, so that the first question involving an exercise of federal power is not whether it violates someone’s rights, but whether it exceeds the national government’s enumerated powers.
AND the National Emergency that or President put in place relates to the building of our border Wall that failed Congress. Am I confused?
