I am glad to see both POTUS and Mitch keep the judicial ball moving down the court. Good news. Hopefully POTUS nominates another 7th Circuit replacement for the retiring Judge in the next week so we leave with those seats filled.

He should be putting forth nominations for all open positions right now and have Mitch fast track it through the Senate prior to the end of the current session. Nothing is final right now but we don’t want to pull a RBG.
