Totally agree. People should not expect state legislatures to do their dirty work for them if they do not have incontrovertible proof of fraud strong enough to convince a court.

The burden of proof is ALWAYS on government.

And the court will be convinced. The court is the legislature.

Never Trump quisling filth should have run a primary opponent against him if they opposed him. Then when they lost, sign on or leave the party.

Not just proof of fraud - identifies and indictments of the people who did it. We need their names. And their preliminary hearing dates. People will ask: If this “steal” isn’t serious enough for indictments , then why is it serious enough to reverse the election?
