Read Art. II it is very clear. It is not grey at all.
It is 100% clear, and this is nothing new. State legislators have appointed a reverse slate of Electors before when the vote was doubted. It’s not all that radical.
There is entirely too much allowance of media narrative. Trump does not have to prove the vote was fraudulent. The burden of proof is ALWAYS on government. The courts of arbitration in this instance are the legislatures. Republican legislatures, and they won’t be hard to persuade the vote was not clean. Then they must use their best judgement on which electors should be appointed.
The left will be enraged and never accept it? They have been enraged and unaccepting for the past 4 years. Nothing new in this whatsoever.
It would require many courageous people, not sure we have that many.
