Try KloudTV on roku home page.
Go to search, hit KloudTV. May have to pay, not sure
I dont have Roku but use Chromecast and it might work similarly to Roku. I find the media on my computer or pad and start it. In upper right of computer display is Chromecast emblem I click on that and choose the TV to watch it. The info is sent to the TV which uses it to access the internet and stream the show. The computer is no longer needed jts acting as a TV remote rather than passi g the data on to tv. If I mirror the computer my Chromecast device isn’t involved at all
LOL Know what you experience: Pluto guide sucks big time.
A challenge to navigate. At this time, ours opens to Newsmax only b/c we view this so often.
When you manage to load Pluto, if you wish to view guide to go to another channel, hit your back arrow key on ROKU remote to show the guide and make your choice. ROKU remote: we have ‘issues’ with this as well. Floored many times, not top notch to begin with.
Back to Smart TV. Samsung was not that difficult to navigate. We’ve a “Hub” key on remote asking if we wish
Live TV or TV+
or
Internet
When hitting the Internet key we’ve a choice of
U Tube
Daily Motion
Google
We travel just about anywhere once we go through Google
Their “SOURCE” key will give us the option of going to ROKU
Navigating is complicated; keeping track of favorite sites, challenging.
NOTE: learned the expensive way. ROKU - be certain you’re no longer connected when finished viewing. We’ve their cheaper portable ‘stick’ model and have found we must return to our TV remote, using this to switch from “other source” to Live TV. If we fail to do so before switching tee vee off, time on our ISP billing will continue to be added causing a issue of extremely high usage.
Reminder: the Pluto guide at the top of the page don’t forget to indicate whether or not you wish to view Live TV or On Demand.
Feel the need for much improvement from the Pluto team. A number of bugs begging to be eliminated. At times frustrating, Certainly a learning experience.

The Information given you yesterday - please disregard.
This AM found that my guide can no longer be navigated at all. Newsmax is the station playing as we enter the app.
The ONLY station we are able to watch as we can go NOWHERE on that page. Stuck on Newsmax. No moving for when we press a direction key we get a ‘gong’. Apparently they continue to work on eliminating the ‘bugs.
Perhaps forcing an update to our system will help.

Pluto IT as bad as Dominion IT.
Sorry for the invalid garbage of yesterday.
After checking our ROKU found we had an update done on the 12th which possibly caused the glitch found this morning.
A possible solution is to delete Pluto from our selected apps and then to add it once again. Something you might wish to attempt as well, especially if you found your guide working smoothly when you first began watching and found only yesterday it had been changed in such a way you see only cartoons.

Install Plex Media Server on your PC. Select and add the Plex Channel to your Roku channel list.
You can then watch all your ripped DVDs that are stored in your PC on your Roku.

The deleting and then reinstalling the Pluto app worked wonders for us. Now able to move around the guide with no
problem. Hope it works as well for you!
I trust you were successful in your travels to other networks, leaving the cartoons behind?
It seems that when upgrades are done each day (their regular basis) we find it necessary to delete Pluto app and once again, reinstall it. All this just in order to be able to access and use our guide. Are you finding the same?

Have left a disgruntled comment for Pluto app on their screen page. Awaiting a reply. Difficult to believe there has yet to be a fix on this bug for surely many others experience this same ‘glitch’. Should they answer or new items of interest are made known, will relay back to you.
