If the Trump team has evidence to get the invalid ballots from Detroit and Philadelphia thrown out, that would put it at 269-269. It goes to the US House, where delegations vote by state, more red states than blue, Trump wins.

In 2016, 37% of Detroit's voting precincts had their votes invalidated because optical scanners tabulated more ballots than there were physical ballots. Unless the law has changed, state law bars recounts for unbalanced precincts. Those votes would just be invalidated/not counted.
