and if the state by state percentage pulled from 3rd party is consistent with itself, but NOT consistent with an acceptable percentage based on past elections, then we know it was an across the board (with the states using Dominion only) and a red flag goes up. Thats how I understand how it would be caught. Am I right?
That could be one way to look at it - but I'm using the live data feed from election night.
The toughest part is making sure we account for possible rounding errors of the numbers, and that the anomalies still fall outside those boundaries. If so, that is clear fraud caused by the software.
