Yes it is. I thought it would be a lot more looking at the data those guys showed.
That’s only the switches. It does not take into account the more traditional forms of fraud - multi-runs of the same ballots, invalid/fraudulent ballots, etc.
The whole principle behind the vote stealing software is to do just a little bit here and there so nobody notices. They didn’t account for the massive Trump turnout, which is why they had to stop the vote counting and send out to Kinko’s. All those votes for Biden-only will make up the difference. That’s how Biden could get so many votes more than any other candidate without flipping any counties. Keep it close in the red counties, surge in the blue counties. With a side of fraudulent ballots.
I think it was Grover Cleveland, when asked about losing the EC after winning the popular vote in his run for reelection that said “Win big, lose small”. You can run up the popular vote to make your results look better, but unlike what Hillary did, you have to do it in places you aren’t already going to win or it doesn’t matter.
The data was from four counties. The data shows tens of thousands of switched votes. The data shows a distribution slope proving a pattern, except in Wayne county where manufactured ballots were the means to cheat the totals so there is no discernible distribution slope (think little blue imogis dropping from high left to lower right).
