Candidates need to be able to lose elections without facing criminal prosecution.
Creepy Uncle Joe should never see it coming. And,as much as possible, the charges should not be connected to the election.
Should they be able to aid and participate in fraud? I realize this hasn’t been proven yet but if it is then there should be prosecutions.
