I think that they viewed it as one of the key pieces they needed to pull off the steal... it was a given that the other cable news nets and the legacy networks (NBC, CBS, ABC) would be fully onboard with proclaiming "P-E biden" as soon as they were instructed to do so... but they needed Fox to get onboard in an effort to convince Trump supporters and other right leaning folks that the steal was legitimate and not to be argued.... just my opinion on it...

I think it will happen regardless of whether or not he wins the election.
When he wins, he’ll simply dispatch one of his kids to the effort. Jr. could easily pull it off and make it a huge success.
They’ll probably start by purchasing and rebranding an existing second-tier network. OANN? NewsMax?
Regardless, they’ll pick up key personalities from FNC once they’re cancelled for speaking out or going off the corporate script. Tucker, Judge Janine etc.

Hundreds of thousands of viewers have switched to other news sites, mainly Newsmax. Others have gone to OAN, Epoch Times and a few others. Thousands have left Facebook and gone to MeWe. The thousands of Twitter users have gone to Parler. Fox News is starting to hurt but we need to make them bleed profusely. Stop watching them on TV and unfriend them on Facebook and stop following them on Twitter.....If you haven’t already done so.

What became of Sandra? She arrived with FBN and used to be very capitalist and conservative. On Happy Hour she argued with Rebecca Diamond. She defended Trump between 2015 and 2019. But After getting this mid-day show she flipped. Now sounds like Shep. We are being played and worse the directives at fox are changing. People are acting like idiots and far left.
