Fox News anchor Bill Hemmer pressed Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) Tuesday over the Trump campaign’s claims of widespread voter fraud in the presidential election.

Hemmer said, “Senator, I don’t know if you were with us a few moments ago, but Matt Schlapp just came back from Clark County that’s Las Vegas, Nevada. He’s arguing that there are thousands and thousands of illegal votes cast. Well, that may or may not be the case, but so far, we haven’t seen any evidence of that. At what moment do you say put up or shut up?”

You don’t plead your case in public, you plead it in court. If the Trump team was holding media events to showcase the best of their evidence, my hunch would be that they were trying their case in the court of public opinion, because they wanted to influence the public, and thereby the court (which I doubt ever works anyway, at least in our favor). To me, that would be a possible sign of a weak legal case.

Also, if they have a lot of witnesses, which it sounds like they may from the number of affidavits claimed, then you’re certainly not going to parade those people in public, where they can be asked questions, before you present their testimony to the Court.

The opposite of this is what the dems often do: Lots of public bluster and showmanship, because they have little substance behind their claims. You can see them behave this way on a host of issues, not just related to the election.

Funny, in every criminal case you have a criminal allegation then you provide evidence.

We are in the allegation phase transitioning to the discovery of evidence phase. Yet the media who see themselves as the final arbiters of what is illegal and was is not want the evidene yesterday or it didn’t happen.

Unfortunately, the evidence discovery phase actually takes time to gather incriminating evidence. Hemmer is demoncrap through and through.

I do not understand how the media keeps saying there’s no evidence of fraud when there is obviously a lot of it. Maybe some of it will be sufficient to outrightly overturn the vote, but it sure puts the election integrity in doubt.

“There’s absolutely zero evidence of corruption”

to

“There’s very little evidence of corruption”

to

“There isn’t enough of a a widespread case of corruption”

Next they will say

“Well every state wasn’t corrupt, therefore you can’t take this to court, and Biden is the president Elect”

Win lose or draw (And we may very well win!)- the time to expose the corruption that everyone knew was taking place even in previous elections, is now- there is so much circumstantial evidence as to present a beyond reasonable doubt case that this must go to the SC now to address the allegations- it can’t be ignored anymore
